My name is Phara Delille, founder of Orépit Postnatal.

I am a health and social services assistant with several years of experience providing in-home support. Throughout my career, I have supported people from many different backgrounds and circumstances: women, families, children, and individuals experiencing a loss of independence. This experience has allowed me to develop a deeply compassionate and human-centered approach.

But beyond my professional experience, there is also my personal story. I arrived in Canada in 2012 with my three-month-old baby. At the time, I had no family, no friends, and limited financial resources. Community organizations helped me by providing diapers, clothing, toys, and formula for my baby.

But there was one thing I didn't receive... Rest. Practical support at home. Someone to help me catch my breath.

The postpartum period was extremely demanding for me. I was tired and exhausted, but I had no choice but to keep going on my own, caring for my baby while managing everyday responsibilities.

Today, with Orépit Postnatal, my mission is simple: to give moms the support I wish I had received. To give them the opportunity to rest, breathe, and experience their postpartum journey with greater ease and care.
